SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free shipping is available to all continental US addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes.
We typically process, package and ship all orders within 1–2 business days upon receipt. After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days to arrive, with the exact delivery time varying by destination.
Currently, we only ship to the continental US. We plan to expand international shipping soon.
ORDERS & TRACKING
You may email our customer service at support@fastsub.com to adjust shipping address and other order details prior to shipment. No address revision will be available once goods dispatched. Please verify your information carefully before checkout.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can also check your order status via the Track My Order section in the navigation bar.
Orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse (CA/GA) to minimize delivery time. We use major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery to all eligible locations.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags.

If your cup arrives broken, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service via email at support@fastsub.com within 72 hours upon receipt. Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem. We offer free replacement, partial or full refund to guarantee your satisfying shopping experience.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and process your returned item.

Yes, they do! Most of our stainless steel cups are equipped with both heat and cold insulation, keeping your beverages at the right temperature for 6-12 hours. Perfect for both daily commuting and outdoor activities.
No, they won’t! Our stainless steel cups undergo a special cleaning process to eliminate any metallic taste. If the silicone sealing ring of a new cup has a slight smell, simply rinse it with boiling water and let it air-dry—the smell will quickly disappear.
We recommend hand-washing your tumbler with mild soap to preserve the finish and vacuum insulation. Do not use abrasive scrubbers or place it in the dishwasher.
