Incomplete order still on going.

"I ordered both a case for f the sippy cups and a case of the 20oz tumblers. The cups came quickly, however the tumblers have not been processed. When I emailed the company after a week, the emailed back that they required 14 days before they would work on it. I just checked the tracking number they sent and it shows that fedex still hasn’t received the materials."

Very hard to sip from

"No doubt these would be leak proof because my kids can’t even drink through them with the rubber insert. I tried to and I had to forcefully suck to get the tiniest bit out. We took out the rubber and use as is. Otherwise, nice concept. Sublimated very nice."
